Interior Design Consultations

We know how important it is to provide value to your clients, before, during and after a sale.
Add to the excitement of moving to a new home by offering your clients a two hour Interior Design Consultation with Sharp + Grey Interiors.

Consultations can be used before a sale to help a client see the hidden potential or offer insights to renovations opportunities in a home. Or it can be used after the home purchase to help the client begin to decorate their new space, choose paint colors or help with floorplans.

This consultation is a great value add for your clients and can be given as a closing gift in the form of a gift certificate.

The cost for each 2 hour gift certificate is $140 (consultations regularly priced at $275).


Listing Mood Boards

A listing Mood Board is easy inexpensive way to help buyers who may have trouble envisioning the potential of a home. Listing Mood Boards can be placed as images within MLS as well as left at the home to help buyers uncover a hidden gem that they may have skipped by otherwise. Floorpans with furniture layout options for a home can also be included to give buyers ideas as to how different furniture arrangements may work in a home.

This service is offered to Realtors at a discounted rate of $150 per room (regularly priced online design services begin at $400) and includes an inspiration photo of a similar space and a mood board with specified finishes and fixtures.

Home Staging

A staging consultation is a great way to set your listing up for success. During a staging consultation we will tour the home and provide a detailed staging report that outlines the necessary actions to be taken to make a seller's home appeal to the most potential buyers and get the best price possible within the shortest amount of time.

2 Hour Home Staging consultations are priced at $275
