Philadelphia Parisian
We are thrilled to share this incredible multi-year, full-home renovation of a corner rowhome in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA.
In Phase One, we reimagined the private living spaces: a serene primary bathroom suite, a quaint night kitchen just off the primary bedroom, a stylish and functional laundry room, a chic guest bath, and a playful kids’ bath full of personality.
Phase Two brought a refined yet soulful transformation to the first-floor furnishings. The formal living room evokes modern Parisian elegance—rich with texture, warmth, and effortless style—while the family room embraces a moody, cozy palette, perfect for gathering and unwinding.
This project is a celebration of Parisian sophistication seamlessly layered with the soul of Philadelphia. Our team thoughtfully transformed this 1990s rowhome into a timeless residence filled with charm and character. With European-inspired details, old-world materials, nuanced textures, and a soft, expressive color palette, this home tells a story that feels both collected and completely unique.
